We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry professional to join our team in Davenport, IA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our system, managing inventory data, and ensuring smooth order processing to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders into Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a timely manner.
- Verify order details and ensure data accuracy to prevent errors.
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to generate reports and communicate order status.
- Monitor order processing workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.

Education and Experience
