Pay: $21 - $24 per hour, plus $2/hr weekend differential
Schedule: Flexible Per Diem
Shift Times: 7 PM - 7 AM, 8 PM - 8 AM, and 11 PM - 8 AM

BrightStar Care of The Monterey Peninsula is hiring an experienced Caregiver for overnight NOC shifts. We provide high-quality, one-on-one in-home care for seniors, disabled adults, and individuals who need support to remain safe and comfortable at home.

Available Caregiver Shifts

We currently have overnight Caregiver shifts available:

11:00 PM - 8:00 AM

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (starting soon)
8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (starting soon)

This is a flexible per diem Caregiver position, allowing you to choose the shifts that work best for your schedule.
Caregiver Pay

$21 - $24 per hour
Additional $2 per hour for weekend shifts
What You'll Do as a Caregiver

As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate overnight support to clients in their homes. Duties may include:

Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
Providing companionship and reassurance overnight
Helping with transfers, mobility, and fall prevention
Monitoring client safety and comfort
Following the client's care plan
Communicating changes or concerns to the care team
Supporting a calm, respectful, and safe home environment
Caregiver Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable, insured vehicle
Current CPR certification
Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
Registered or willing to register as a Home Care Aide
At least 1 year of professional in-home Caregiver, Home Care Aide, or similar experience preferred
