What You'll Do as a Packager:

• Package bulk and bag products
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging machines and equipment
• Ensure peak performance capability and smooth operation of the packaging lines, including retail
• Assist in the training of new and transfer employees
• Ensure all assigned paperwork is completed correctly daily
• Maintain a high level of personal and environmental safety
• Perform all miscellaneous duties assigned by the department supervisor

What You Need to Bring to the Packager Role:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience in a packaging role
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic math and computer skills
• Interpersonal effectiveness as a team player
• Forklift operation skills and experience
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures
