Packer – Graniteville

Start your new career as a Packer with MAU at Textron Specialized Vehicles (E-Z-GO) in Graniteville, SC. As a Packer, you will pack boxes, prepare shipping labels, and ship packages. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

What You'll Do as a Packer

• Verify part number and piece count of material being packed.
• Ensure product is moved in a safe manner and processed without damage.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms, records, and enterprise
• Examine and inspect items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
• Compare shipping documents to items received to ensure that shipments are correct.
• Determine and use the most appropriate pack materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Utilize SAP to determine carrier for shipment and ensure that all carrier specific labels are affixed to the appropriate packages.
• Perform all other assigned duties as instructed by management.
