Our client, a leading manufacturing and packaging organization, is seeking dedicated packers to join their dynamic team. As a packer, you will be an essential part of the packaging department, supporting efficient and high-quality operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Packer Location: Arlington, TX Pay Range: $16 Shift: 6am-6pm 6pm-6am

What's the Job?

• Perform visual quality inspections on products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Package finished products into designated boxes, including box making and assembly.
• Accurately count and document items during packaging processes.
• Stack items onto skids and prepare them for shipping, maintaining safety and organization.
• Operate various packaging stations efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

• Ability to read and understand work instructions and quality assurance programs.
• Strong attention to detail for quality checks and accurate record-keeping.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production goals.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
