Pallet Repair Technician

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Pallet Repair Technicians. This role involves repairing and rebuilding wooden pallets in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.

Work Environment

• Industrial setting with exposure to dust and debris from used pallets
• Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and rebuild wooden pallets using hand and power tools
• Operate tools such as Sawzall and hammer safely and effectively
• Measure and cut materials accurately using a ruler or tape measure
• Inspect pallets for damage and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools (Sawzall, hammer, etc.)
• Ability to read and measure accurately
• Background in construction, mechanical work, or other physical labor preferred
• Comfortable working in a dusty environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Schedule & Training

• Training is conducted on 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Positions available on 1st and 2nd shift following training
