Part-Time Administrative Support (Temp-to-Hire)
The Goal: We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to provide essential administrative and event support. This is a dynamic, onsite role that balances routine office tasks with special projects and evening event assistance.
The Details
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday to start).
- Hours: Includes some evening support for events.
- Status: Temp-to-Hire.
- Start Date: Late May.
What You'll Do
- Administrative Support: Handle basic office duties, including answering phones and physical/electronic filing.
- Event Coordination: Provide onsite support for evening events.
- Project Assistance: Work on small projects with clear direction while maintaining a semi-independent workflow.
- Digital Organization: Use Microsoft Outlook confidently to manage communications and scheduling.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Prior clerical or administrative experience required
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and file-sharing platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
