Part-Time Night Auditor
Division: Grand Hyatt Nashville
Description: The Night Auditor will ensure accurate allocation of all revenue to the appropriate departments, reconcile revenue across departments daily, and complete all required reports in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all audit procedures in accordance with hotel and company standards on a daily basis.
- Verify and confirm the status of all wake-up call requests, ensuring proper handling and follow-up.
- Balance and reconcile all cash receipts and transactions completed during the audit shift, and ensure cash deposits are made promptly.
- Prepare the front office for the upcoming shift, resetting systems and operations for the day's business.
- Serve as a Guest Service representative and act as Manager on Duty during overnight hours, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Function as PBX operator during the audit shift, managing communication duties effectively.
- Participate in all front office meetings with an active and collaborative approach.
- Engage in all training and cross-training opportunities, continually enhancing skill sets.
- Proactively greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Other duties as assigned by the leader
Education and Experience
HS Diploma or equivalent
Previous Guest Service or Front Desk hospitality experience preferred
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Position Requirements - Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.
