Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Own your region end-to-end hit monthly, quarterly, and annual retention and onboarding

targets with confidence and accountability.

• Educate and influence key decision-makers, positioning our LTC pharmacy, DME, and supply

services to meet each facility's unique needs.

• Cultivate lasting partnerships be the person your clients trust and call first, building

relationships that stand the test of time.

• Represent Us at industry events, trade shows, and conferences; networking and showcasing

our comprehensive offerings.

• Stay sharp on the market by monitoring trends and competitor activity to identify and seize

new opportunities ahead of the curve.

• Keep clean CRM records of all account and referral-related activity, so the entire team can

move fast and stay informed.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• Bachelor's degree

• LTC experience preferred

• Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred

• Experience: 1-3 years of medical sales experience

(pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or medical device preferred)

• 1-3 years of B2B customer service experience

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; building rapport at every level

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM, and Google Suite

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including occasional overnight stays

• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
