Job Description

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Ability to organize pick lists and ensure they are picked properly for each job.
• Working with manufacturing team to ensure parts are readily available on carts in the shop, in the parts room, or other specified areas.
• Conduct periodic cycle county or checks as dictated by parts room manager.
• Checking packages received matching packing lists.
• Delivering received packages to appropriate areas; putting away stock orders.
• Verifying transactions and creating transaction lists.
• Entering information into any online ordering system.
• Identify and call truck lines to complete bill of landings.
• Any other assigned duties.

• Must possess good computer skills.
• Ability to manage, multi-task and handle any shifting priorities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must have good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to assist others as needed.
• Must follow all safety protocols.

Work Environment

Works in a plant/manufacturing environment that involves the use of industrial machinery and chemicals. Employee must be able to correctly wear and use any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required at the location.
