Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, M-F 8:00-4:30 with extended hours (as needed).

Summary:

Responsible for performing various customer-focused functions within the Patient Access Department, particularly related to scheduling patient appointments within the health system.

Children's of Alabama clinical therapy locations include the Main Downtown Campus and offsite facilities conveniently located in Homewood, Al. Responsible for performing multiple customer-focused Children's Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy pre-registration verification, scheduling and follow up appointments, co-pay collection, account verification and updates. Responsible for working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical setting. Must be flexible andwilling to work in different physical locations and roles as needed to meet customer needs.
