What You'll Do

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Manage front desk operations and patient flow
• Verify insurance and collect payments
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
• Handle patient requests and documentation in EMR
• Support medical records and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of customer service or front desk experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
