Payroll assistant

We're seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Assistant with construction industry experience to support the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll for both union and non-union craft employees. This role plays a key part in ensuring prevailing wage compliance, managing certified payroll reporting (WH-347), and supporting OCIP/CCIP insurance reporting across both public and private projects.

salary: $21 - $27 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
