Overview

• Providing 1:1 care in a loving home for a paraplegic woman that has 4 cats and 2 dogs

Description

• We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance for a woman that is a paraplegic. Experience in lifting, transferring, showering and toileting in patient's homes in accordance with an established care plan.

• Responsibilities
• Provide health care services in patient's residence (including showering, dressing and toileting assistance).
• Transferring assistance.
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Assist with client's personal care activities
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
• Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer

• Helpful Skills
• Proven working experience as Personal Care Assistant
• Health care administration skills

Salary

$17 - $22 per hour
