Tempus Unlimited is seeking a detail-oriented high school student to work as a per diem administrative support staff within our PCA program. This position provides essential operational support to the Personal Care Management (PCM) evaluation team. The successful candidate will facilitate the scheduling of clinical evaluations, ensuring that appointments are organized logically by date and geography to maximize the efficiency of our field staff.

  • Appointment Coordination: Assist in assigning and scheduling initial and re-evaluations for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs).
  • Calendar Management: Maintain the master evaluation calendar and individual staff schedules; ensure all appointments are accurately duplicated across relevant digital platforms.
  • Professional Outreach: Conduct daily confirmation calls to consumers and surrogates to verify scheduled evaluations for the following business day.
  • Communication Liaison: Promptly notify clinical teams of any schedule modifications or cancellations and document these changes in the Zuke database.
  • Digital Records Management: Prepare electronic folders for evaluations by compiling and organizing all required documentation.
  • Status Tracking: Perform outreach to individuals in "On Hold" status to monitor their eligibility for resuming the program.
  • Reporting: Document all communications (calls, emails, and internal updates) clearly and concisely within the department's tracking system.

Requirements: Must be at least 14 years of age or older. Please note work permits are required for those between 14-17 years old. Must be able to come into the Stoughton office for all shifts.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
