What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts including auto, home, and renters insurance
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy updates
• Provide quotes and coverage recommendations
• Respond to client questions and resolve service issues
• Maintain accurate records in Applied EPIC
• Partner with producers and internal teams to support client retention and growth

What They're Looking For:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• Hands-on Applied EPIC experience required
• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience, preferably within an agency
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
