Personal Lines Associate Client Representative
Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Associate Client Representative to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the insurance industry. You will play a key role in supporting the Client Managers and Advisors by ensuring accurate account management and delivering exceptional service to the clients.
Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $37,000 - $46,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
  • Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance
  • Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
  • Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance, and invoices
  • Generate standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and system-generated letters/forms
  • Create activities in EPIC and assign them to applicable team members
  • Pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE, etc., as needed
  • Check policies and endorsements against requests and complete checklists
  • Perform document maintenance and retrieval tasks
  • Support other responsibilities as applicable

Qualifications/Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Personal Property and Casualty insurance
  • Licensed or ability to obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to learn and understand insurance coverage fundamentals
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established workflows and processes
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations of co-workers and clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus
