Client: Long Island Community Hospital (NYU Langone)

Location: Patchogue NY

Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:30)

Start / End: Mon 5/18/26 - 7/13/26

Duration: 8 Weeks

Highlights

• Years of Experience: 2 years experience required
• Shift: 3PM-11:30PM
• This role is for 5x8s and flexibility and alternating weekends are required
• Travelers must hold their Phlebotomy certification
• Traveler must have NY license in hand or ETA on issue date
• Locals are accepted at same rate
• Return NYU perm staff must wait a 1 year period before eligible to return as a traveler
