Physical Plant Maintenance/Trades Mechanic III - Delaware Seashore

This position is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the buildings and grounds at one of Delaware's busiest beach locations. This position requires advanced-level experience in all trades field including, HVAC maintenance, plumbing, and general carpentry which includes working on multiple bathhouses, air stations for surf-fishing, a year-round campground, and preventative maintenance for new and existing structures.
