Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in post-acute, orthopedics, neurologic, and medical-condition caseloads preferred. This client values experience with complex, post-acute populations. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred. Ability to manage a full caseload and collaborate with rehab aides and facility staff. Reliable availability for consistent weekday daytime schedule as outlined in Assignment Details. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Schedule: Five shifts per week, 8-hour shifts (per client shift pattern). Guarantee: 36 hours per week (client-specified). Support: Rehab aide available and satellite gym for long-term care. Caseload: Manageable, complex post-acute caseload including ortho and neuro patients.
