Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Picker / Packer / General Labor associates to support daily warehouse operations in Elizabeth, NJ. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, can follow instructions, and thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to work orders
• Prepare products for shipment, labeling, and palletizing
• Perform general labor duties including sorting, loading, and unloading
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse work area
• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior warehouse, picking, packing, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to Elizabeth, NJ

Schedule & Compensation

• Hourly pay: $15.50 per hour
• Full-time schedule (shift details provided during interview)
• On-site warehouse position in Elizabeth, NJ
