Poult Line Processor – 1st shift

Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a part time 1st shift Poult Line Processor in Oakwood.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 5:50am-approximately 10:00am (20-26 hours a week).

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $16.80 with the potential of increasing to $17.05 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

• Beak conditioning, toe conditioning and dewclaws per orders and as instructed.
• Maintaining correct flock separation and numbers
• Reporting poor quality poults to QC and Manager.

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
