Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking dedicated Production Line Leaders to join their team. As a Production Line Leader, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Missouri City, TX

Pay Range: $23

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

What's the Job?

• Assist the Production Leadership team in delivering safety, quality, cost, production, and engagement results.
• Ensure all associates adhere to safety, food safety, and quality standards.
• Complete quality checks accurately and on time.
• Document and update production reports regularly.
• Manage materials and supplies to ensure smooth production operations.

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate machinery and maintain line performance.
• Strong communication skills to report issues and collaborate on solutions.
• Basic understanding of production processes and safety standards.
• Willingness to analyze data and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to support startup, changeover, and shutdown procedures.
