Production Line Worker (Temp-to-Hire)

Seeking a reliable Production Line Worker to join a manufacturing team immediately. This is an entry-level, fast-start role focused on basic production tasks with opportunity for continued employment.

Key responsibilities:

• Stand at production line and inspect finished products for quality
• Apply labels/stickers accurately
• Pack products into boxes for shipment
• Assist with general floor duties: setup, organization, and housekeeping
• Perform occasional heavy lifting (material handling and moving)
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to read and speak English
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
• Able to lift and move moderate weight (typical production floor lifting)
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Requirements:

• Must be able to start immediately
• Must pass a background check
