Production Operator

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operator workers for a plastics manufacturing company in Maple Lake, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce quality plastic components and support a clean, modern facility with a stable team. What You’ll Do as a Production Operator:

• Operate molding equipment and instruments to trim plastic products
• Mix and prepare raw materials for sorting and delivery to work centers
• Remove completed plastic components from molds for trimming
• Trim and assemble components into finished products
• Operate work equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments
• Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and work areas
• Meet and exceed product quality standards for finished goods

What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:

• Must have at least 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must have experience using basic hand tools
• Must be able to read and follow written and verbal directions in English
• Must be willing to work in warm environments and confined spaces
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must have reliable transportation to Maple Lake, MN
• Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings
