About the Role
As a Production Operator II, you'll play an essential role on our production floor, helping to manufacture food products safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on position that requires teamwork, flexibility, and a strong attention to detail. Whether operating equipment, preparing materials, or assisting with line changeovers, you'll be part of a supportive team that keeps the operation running smoothly.
This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in doing great work, every shift.
What You'll Do
- Operate machinery to support the flow of products on the line
- Inspect containers, labels, and codes for quality and accuracy
- Bring materials to the line according to the daily production schedule
- Clean and maintain equipment and workstations
- Work with Quality Assurance to meet all safety and product specs
- Follow food safety practices including HACCP, GMPs, and SSOPs
- Complete required documentation accurately and legibly
- Report any production issues or safety concerns immediately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and team-oriented work environment
- Support teammates and assist in other areas as needed

Requirements
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
- Work may occur in varied environmental conditions (cold, heat, humidity)
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to be trained; prior food manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support different tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Forklift experience is helpful but not required
