About the Role
As a Production Operator II, you'll play an essential role on our production floor, helping to manufacture food products safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on position that requires teamwork, flexibility, and a strong attention to detail. Whether operating equipment, preparing materials, or assisting with line changeovers, you'll be part of a supportive team that keeps the operation running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Operate machinery to support the flow of products on the line
  • Inspect containers, labels, and codes for quality and accuracy
  • Bring materials to the line according to the daily production schedule
  • Clean and maintain equipment and workstations
  • Work with Quality Assurance to meet all safety and product specs
  • Follow food safety practices including HACCP, GMPs, and SSOPs
  • Complete required documentation accurately and legibly
  • Report any production issues or safety concerns immediately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and team-oriented work environment
  • Support teammates and assist in other areas as needed

Requirements

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
  • Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
  • Work may occur in varied environmental conditions (cold, heat, humidity)

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Willingness to be trained; prior food manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support different tasks
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Forklift experience is helpful but not required
