Description

Production Operators

Auria is a leading global supplier of highly engineered systems for automotive flooring, acoustical, thermal, aerodynamic and other fiber-based solutions for gas and electric vehicles. With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide. We are currently searching for Production Operators to join our team at our Sidney Plant in Sidney, Ohio.

1st shift- 6:45am-2:45pm

2nd shift- 2:45pm-10:45pm

3rd shift- 10:45pm-6:45am

What you will do:

  • Observe and follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations including wearing required PPE
  • Monitor quality components and procedures
  • Follow company health and safety policies
  • Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery
  • Monitor machinery and processes to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform regular quality checks on finished products and throughout production to ensure they meet specifications standards
  • Maintain production logs
  • Assemble and package finished products

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Preferred 1 - 3 years' experience in manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety and quality alerts
  • Detail oriented
  • Proven record of consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Basic computer experience preferred
  • Be a team player
