Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Position Overview

We are hiring dependable Production Workers for the Press Weld Department. This position involves operating press and weld machinery, handling metal components, and supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate press and weld machines safely and efficiently
• Load and position metal parts for welding and pressing
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform spot welding and basic fabrication tasks as needed
• Maintain production pace to meet daily goals
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, press, or welding experience preferred
• Ability to lift and handle metal parts throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
