• Licenses: Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide medical detox services for patients struggling with opiate and alcohol substance use.
• Manage patient care utilizing medications including Librium, Suboxone, Methadone, Sublocade, and Subutex.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 PA/NPs to provide comprehensive inpatient care.
• Participate in an on-call rotation approximately two nights per week.
• Maintain accurate patient records within the Epic EMR system.
