Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary-to-Hire (Temp-to-Hire)
Job Summary

Quality Inspectors perform a variety of sorting, inspection, production support, and data collection activities to ensure products meet customer quality standards.

In this role, you will partner closely with our customers to identify, contain, and help improve quality issues in the most efficient way possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sorting, inspection, production support, and data entry tasks
• Follow written work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Use inspection tools, measuring devices, and test equipment as required
• Complete required training and certification programs
• Follow all company policies and customer-specific requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain focus in repetitive or fast-paced environments
• Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal)
