Quality Technician

Play a key role in ensuring product quality, process accuracy, and compliance with industry standards. The position combines hands-on inspection, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and support a high-quality customer experience.

Hours: 1st shift, 9am-6pm

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 DOE

What You’ll Do:

• Perform product inspections and document accurate quality data
• Identify defects, nonconformances, and potential risks
• Analyze trends to improve processes and prevent recurring issues
• Maintain quality records, including calibration, documentation, and product changes
• Support audits and ensure traceability requirements are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of quality, inspection, or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools
• Experience with Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM systems a plus
• Effective communication skills and ability to work across teams
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
