Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

(Schedule is 2pm - 12pm; Monday through Thursday)

Assists the Quality Supervisor in maintaining the quality management system.

Interfaces with Engineering and Operations to ensure new product release are efficient, effective and meet target timeframes from both a compliance and business perspective.

Investigates/resolves non-conforming materials (NCM).

Works with sales, engineering and operations to solve customer/product issues as necessary.

Acts as an Auditor for assigned internal or supplier audits.

Maintains measuring equipment and/or calibration of such equipment.

Participates in corporate continuous improvement projects and reports/records project results.

Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other corporate departments, suppliers and customers, as required.

Applies proper statistical methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process capability and evaluate process changes.

Assists in development of test/inspection procedures.

Assists in development of plant SOPs.

Evaluates production samples for conformance to specifications.

Prepares QA reports.

Maintain ISO forms and work instructions.

Participates in training to build quality awareness.
