Reach Truck Operator - 2nd Shift

Allegiance Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators with Reach Truck experience to join our client's cold storage team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Candidates must be comfortable operating powered industrial equipment and working in cold environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks and forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse
• Supply production lines using the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method
• Load and unload materials manually or using lifting devices
• Safely inspect and transport materials to assigned areas
• Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with material replenishment
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Support warehouse operations through additional assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years operating powered industrial trucks
• At least 2 years of experience on a reach truck
• Knowledge of weight capacities and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working in cold storage conditions (PPE provided)

Shift: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay rate: $22.00/hr
