Fresco y Mas - - Responsibilities: Manages the daily operations and process of receiving merchandise shipments, while maintaining inventory levels and ensuring the security of the receiving area and backroom storage.; Manages all transactions with third party vendors, reviews and reports invoice differences and escalates issues as needed.; Maintains inventory/stocking conditions and reports any discrepancies in inventory.; Assists in planning and organizing the inventory process to ensure in-stock of approved supplies within budget.; Ensures compliance with food safety, USDA, COOL, and DOA regulations and executes product recalls as needed.
