Position Summary

Act as the first point of contact for our dealership - welcoming guests, managing calls, supporting administrative operations, and helping maintain the high-quality, customer-centric environment that Mazda represents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all customers and guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
  • Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Provide general administrative support: data entry, light accounting tasks, scheduling, filing.
  • Maintain the reception area and showroom in a clean, organized and welcoming condition.
  • Assist with other duties as needed to support showroom or service operations.
  • Uphold the brand image of luxury, professionalism and customer service excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Friendly, reliable and professional presence - comfortable being the "face" of the dealership.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer/office skills (e.g., MS Office, data entry).
  • Experience in customer service or a front-desk/reception role is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain composure, handle varied tasks and interact with diverse customers/visitors.
