  • Help create a welcoming, orderly, and organized front-office experience
  • Support marketing, outreach and community initiatives as needed

Traits We Value:

  • A positive, faith-driven, and respectful attitude

  • Participate in ongoing customer service and compliance training
  • Paid study time and resources provided for licensing success

Month 2–6: Licensed Service & Retention Support

  • Begin assisting with quotes, billing, and simple service tasks under supervision
  • Handle inbound service requests and policy changes with confidence
  • Deliver exceptional post-sale care to drive retention and satisfaction
  • Begin scripting and roleplay for future sales opportunities

6–12 Months: Opportunity to Advance to Sales

  • Eligible for Full Sales Transition with Commission Opportunity
  • Transition to an Associate Agent or Sales Producer role (title TBD)
  • Handle warm leads and cross-sell to existing policyholders
  • Earn commission in addition to base pay
  • Lead with education, integrity, and problem-solving
