Liaison Between Mechanics And Customers

The liaison between the mechanics and customers. Makes well informed decisions about what parts should be purchased, work performed and amount paid. Maintains clear records both written and typed, on work authorized by the customer and work completed by the mechanic. Draft quotes, invoices and maintain computer-based logs. Ability to research repair process and calculate the required hours for repairs within provided software and automotive repair references. Must be able to follow written and/or verbal instructions, make simple mathematical computations and handle cash procedures.
