We are currently looking for a reliable Independent Contractor with a Refrigerated Box Truck to join our team in the Columbia, SC area. This position is ideal for an owner-operator who is dependable, professional, and committed to on-time deliveries.

You will be responsible for transporting temperature-controlled goods safely and efficiently while maintaining proper refrigeration standards during transit.

Responsibilities

Transport refrigerated goods safely and on schedule

Ensure proper temperature control throughout delivery

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment

Maintain accurate delivery documentation

Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery status

Follow all DOT and safety regulations

Requirements

Must own or operate a Refrigerated Box Truck

Valid driver’s license

Clean driving record

Ability to handle time-sensitive deliveries

Reliable and professional attitude

Ability to lift and move cargo when required
