Regional Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Liaison to join our team in East Orange, NJ. As a Regional Liaison, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and organizations within our service area. Your goal will be to promote our services, identify new opportunities, and ensure seamless communication and coordination between our facility and the community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and organizations within our service area
• Identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations
• Promote our services and facilities through educational presentations, tours, and marketing materials
• Coordinate and facilitate communication and information sharing between our facility and the community
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Monitor and track progress of partnerships and initiatives, reporting to management as needed
• Participate in meetings and committees as required

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as marketing, sales, or healthcare administration
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
