Overview Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor - Hawaii (#1298)
Responsibilities Support internal and external customers nationwide in a technically exciting environment
Lead and guide the survey process, applying independent decision-making and prioritization skills
Communicate openly to discuss conflicts and seek assistance when appropriate to make decisions and resolve conflicts
Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
Successfully completed CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities serving residents of long-term care facilities
Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
U.S. Citizenship is required
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis
