In this role, you will oversee nursing services, ensuring high-quality resident care in compliance with state and federal regulations. You will supervise LPNs and Nursing Assistants while supporting a collaborative and resident-focused environment. Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor (Night Shift) Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure quality resident care Administer medications, treatments, and monitoring; document responses accurately Oversee and update resident care plans to reflect current conditions Monitor and report changes in resident conditions Assist physicians during rounds, exams, and treatments Ensure accurate documentation in PCC (EHR/EMR system) Coordinate resident transfers and communicate with families and staff Complete incident reports, monthly summaries, and daily reports Monitor vital signs, weights, and follow up on discrepancies Perform narcotic counts at shift start and end Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards Assist with staff evaluations, training, and performance monitoring Lead team meetings and ensure adherence to policies and procedures Provide direct resident care as needed Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor (Night Shift) Qualifications Required: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (or temporary permit at time of interview) BLS Certification (AHA) COVID-19 vaccination Strong clinical knowledge and nursing judgment Ability to handle emergency situations independently Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred: Nursing home or long-term care experience Knowledge of: Medical asepsis Body mechanics Resident care practices Equipment usage and safety Documentation and reporting standards Ideal Candidate Passionate about caring for elderly residents Strong leadership and supervisory skills Detail-oriented and organized Professional, compassionate, and team-focused Committed to compliance and quality care Benefits (100% employer-paid unless premium options selected) 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Paid time off (72 hours/year) Paid sick time Tuition reimbursement Continuing education credits Flexible spending & health savings accounts Employee assistance program Paid training Free parking Dress Code Scrubs (any color) Clean, closed-toe shoes (no sandals) Professional appearance (no excessive jewelry or strong fragrances) Name badge required Physical Requirements Ability to perform duties with physical stamina and mental alertness Knowledge of proper body mechanics Must pass employment physicals Free of communicable diseases Interview Process Phone Screen with CEO Zoom Interview with HR, DON, ADON, and CEO Final Zoom Interview with Team Members If interested, please email your resume to [email protected]
