At Energy Savers, we're looking for motivated individuals ready to learn the HVAC trade from the ground up. As an Install Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience installing heating and cooling systems in residential homes. What You'll Do

• Assist lead installers with the installation of residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation)
• Help remove and replace existing equipment and materials
• Learn how to safely use tools, equipment, and materials on job sites
• Support ductwork installation, system setup, and job site preparation/cleanup
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
• Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing skill development
• Deliver a positive, professional experience to homeowners

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in learning a skilled trade (HVAC experience not required)
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments (attics, crawlspaces, lifting equipment)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
