Restroom Cleaner

As a Restroom Cleaner, you'll be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary restrooms across multiple buildings within this client job site. You'll follow a set cleaning schedule and ensure all assigned areas meet quality and safety standards. Training provided

Job Title: Restroom Cleaner (Full-Time – 1st Shift) Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Days: Monday – Friday Pay: $19.40 per hour

Site Requirement: All employees must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Resident ok) and must successfully complete and clear a background check for employment and site badging.

What You Will Do

• Clean and maintain 17 restrooms per shift across multiple buildings on site
• Dust and disinfect dispensers, partitions, sinks, countertops, and mirrors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Mop floors using proper procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
• Clean air vents using extendable dusters (3–8 ft range).
• Pay attention to detail in often-missed areas such as floor drains; follow proper protocols for cleaning and maintenance.
• Report maintenance or lighting issues to your supervisor promptly.
• Follow the cleaning schedule and direction provided by the Servicon Operations Team.

What It Takes To Be Successful

• Great verbal/written communication skills (Spanish a plus)
• Identify and address issues according to process
• Time management skills
• Able to adjust priorities/tasks as needed
• 1 year of custodial/restroom cleaning experience preferred
• Open to training and learning new processes
