Roofing Field Specialist (Skilled Trades)

Roofing Specialist Opportunity

We're looking for someone who already understands roofing someone who:

• Knows what a good install looks like (and what a bad one looks like)
• Takes pride in doing things the right way
• Doesn't need to be micromanaged

You'll be the go-to person on-site to make sure jobs are done right.

• Oversee 12 roofing crews per day
• Check materials, layout, and job readiness
• Be present on installs not stuck behind a desk
• Catch mistakes before they turn into problems
• Do final walkthroughs to ensure quality
• Communicate with homeowners during the job

This is a field-first role you'll spend your time on jobs, not in meetings.

Most roofing companies:

$75,000 $90,000+ per year (based on experience + performance)

• 3+ years residential roofing experience
• Experience working with or alongside crews
• Strong eye for detail and quality
• Ability to problem-solve on-site
• Valid driver's license
