Schedule Coordinator, Pinecrest Manor

The Schedule Coordinator is responsible for scheduling nursing staff and maintaining payroll for the nursing department. The Coordinator will administer the scheduling of staff, maintain the master schedule with call-ins/replacements/changes, orient new employees to scheduling procedures, coordinate needs with staffing agencies, and other related duties as required by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess the ability to plan, organize, and develop a schedule for nursing staff
  • One year of employment in a nursing home, medical office, or nursing position preferred
  • Computer/typing skills required
  • Prior knowledge of payroll systems and maintaining payroll required
