We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) in the Elbert County, CO area to support students with speech, language, and communication needs.

The SLP or SLP-CF will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services, working closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that individualized goals are met.

Position Details:

  • Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)
  • Schedule: Full-time or part-time, flexible scheduling with the opportunity to complete some work at home
  • Assignment Dates: 2026-2027 School Year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for students referred for services
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals related to speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with IDEA requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications:

  • Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
  • (temporary or provisional license for Clinical Fellows)
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
