Essential Qualifications:

• Completed SLPA certification and eligible to practice in North Carolina
• Experience supporting speech-language services in schools or healthcare settings
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Flexible and adaptable as caseloads may shift based on student needs
• Passion for working with children in elementary grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language interventions under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Support a caseload of approximately 45 students, primarily K-5, with potential for shifts as needs evolve
• Assist in implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Document student progress and maintain records in accordance with school policies
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Participate in school-based meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
