Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC) is seeking a dependable and motivated Seasonal Facilities & Grounds Assistant to support maintenance and upkeep across multiple LCSC sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and well-maintained, and can work independently. This seasonal position assists with groundskeeping, general maintenance, and facility support to ensure all LCSC locations remain safe, clean, and welcoming throughout the summer season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow lawns and maintain outdoor grounds at all LCSC sites.
• Perform weed control, including spraying and trimming after mowing.
• Trim trees, bushes, and other landscaping as needed.
• Clean windows (interior and exterior) at all sites.
• Complete deep cleaning tasks throughout facilities.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining storage areas.
• Monitor and restock facility and cleaning supplies.
• Support recycling efforts and assist with garbage handling as needed.
• Perform minor carpet spot cleaning.
• Complete light painting touch-ups (e.g., wall corners, small areas).
• Assist with general repairs and maintenance projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, both indoors and outdoors.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of lawn care equipment and cleaning practices preferred.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Up to 64 Days / 512 Hours - Seasonal position (June, July, and August); Days and hours are flexible.
• Salary Range: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
