Guest Services Position

Help us welcome our guest to beautiful Steamboat Springs, CO! Great part-time job to help supplement!

We are looking to fill both a part-time and a full-time role for the Summer 2026 Season.

This position will work with our guest services department in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests and owners. This position is integral in delivering a pleasant, positive and memorable vacation experience to visitors by being professional, courteous, and helpful.

$20-22/hr DOE

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Greets and gives information and directions to guests/owners.
  • Advises guests of available area activities, events, entertainment and provides concierge services as requested.
  • Interfaces with vendors and suppliers to ensure adequate delivery of supplies and services for front office department.
  • Communicate effectively (possess good speaking and writing skills)
  • Confers and cooperates with other department heads to ensure coordination of guest and owner services and personally fulfills required task(s) if the need arises.
  • Work independently
  • Assures adherence to management company policies and established operating and safety procedures.
  • Answer the telephone in a polite and friendly manner, respond promptly to any messages that are left.
  • Greets guests and owners, maintain a secure key control system to ensure the safety of our guests, owners, and their property.
  • Maintains the facility to include but not limited to: pool and hot tub chemicals and cleanliness, workout facility kept clean and in working order, facility cleanliness, organization, ordering and maintaining proper quantities of supplies, laundering the pool towels, and snow removal/shoveling.
  • If necessary, coordinate with contractors for work that is needed above routine maintenance.
  • Exhibit a positive approach to addressing the needs and goals of the community and a willingness to work for and with the General Manager and the Board to achieve their objectives and realize their visions.
  • Display those qualities necessary for success in a people-oriented endeavor (i.e., initiative, diplomacy, punctuality, dependability, flexibly, etc.)
  • Perform other administrative and management duties as requested by Facility Supervisor, General Manager and/or Board of Managers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Director, Manager or other department heads and may be assigned either permanently or temporarily to other Mountain Resorts or Simply Steamboat Front Office Operations, as business needs demand.
