CAPITAL is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Seasonal Support Staff to support our dealership team during the busy summer season. This temporary, entry-level position is a great opportunity for students or individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the automotive industry. As Seasonal Support Staff, you'll assist various departments to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across the dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance tasks around the dealership
• Help move and organize vehicles on the lot
• Support staff with delivering parts and supplies between departments
• Keep workspaces tidy and well-stocked
• Greet and assist customers or direct them to appropriate personnel as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to pass pre-employment screenings
